Administrative & Regulatory Actions

Coverage for the initiation of administrative or regulatory proceedings or actions against the Insured by government agencies or authorities. This includes investigations, inquiries, audits, and legal actions related to alleged violations of laws, regulations, or administrative requirements. 

Advertising & Marketing Liability

Coverage that provides protection for the Insured against financial losses resulting from claims or legal actions related to the content, methods, or practices associated with advertising and marketing activities. The term “Advertising& Marketing Liability” encompasses liabilities arising from such activities conducted by the Insured. 

Business Interruption

Business Interruption covers the interruption or cessation of business of Insured at or from one or more of Insured's business locations for a continuous period of no less than twenty-four (24) hours resulting in the suspension of operations, caused by (a)direct physical loss or damage to real property owned by Insured or used inInsured's business operations, other than roads for ingress/egress, or (b)weather events. Actual Net Loss in connection with a Business Interruption event shall consist of Income Loss and Extra Expenses. 

Cyber Liability

Cyber Liability encompasses losses arising from first and third-party risks associated with cybersecurity, data breaches, and cyber incidents. Coverage is provided for a range of liabilities, including breaches of privacy, data breaches, infringement of intellectual property, transmission of computer viruses, and other cyber-related risks. This coverage also extends to network extortion threats. 

Directors & Officer Liability

D&O Liability covers the initiation of a Lawsuit alleging a violation of a Director orOfficer of Insured's fiduciary duties to Insured, or any matter claimed against such Director or Officer solely by reason of that individual serving in such capacity as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, ChiefAdministrative Officer, Executive Vice President, or equivalent leadership position with an Insured, or holding an Officer or Director position created by the charter, constitution, by-laws, or any other similar governing document of an Insured. Actual Net Loss in connection with a Directors and Officers event shall consist of Claims.

Environmental Liability

EnvironmentalLiability covers the initiation of a Lawsuit based on the release, discharge, dispersal, seepage, migration, escape or leakage of one or more Pollutants at any facility owned or occupied by Insured. Actual Net Loss in connection with an Environmental Liability event shall consist of Claims Expenses and ClaimsLosses arising from such Lawsuit. 

Error & Omissions

E&O coverage is designed to protect the Insured against financial losses resulting from legal actions initiated due to alleged professional negligence, errors, or omissions in the performance of professional services. This coverage is particularly focused on safeguarding the Insured against legal claims arising from mistakes, misinterpretations, or omissions in their professional work. 

General Liability - Difference in Condition

Coverage provided under an umbrella liability Policy with a General Liability Difference in Conditions (GL-DIC) Policy. This coverage offers an additional layer of financial protection that goes beyond the primary general liability coverage, and it provides coverage for specific differences in conditions that may not be covered by the primary Policy. 

Limited Warranty

Covers claims arising from the breach of a specific warranty provided by the Insured with respect to their products or services. A limited warranty typically outlines the terms and conditions under which the Insured will repair, replace, or refund products or services that do not meet the specified standards or fail to perform as expected. 

Mechanical Breakdown

Mechanical Breakdown covers the sudden and unforeseen mechanical breakdown of the specified vehicles, trucks, and equipment owned or operated by the Insured. It includes the repair or replacement costs associated with covered mechanical failures, malfunctions, or defects, excluding routine maintenance. 

Property - Difference in Condition

Coverage for physical loss or damage to Insured's property that would be covered by a commercial property Covered Policy but for: (a) the application of an exclusion listed in such Covered Policy; or (b) the exhaustion of Policy limits in suchCovered Policy. 

Supply Chain Disruption

Coverage designed to protect the Insured against financial losses resulting from disruptions in the supply chain due to trade-related issues, such as trade disputes, tariffs, embargoes, or other factors that impede the flow of goods or services critical to the Insured's business operations. 

Subcontractor Default

SubcontractorDefault is designed to cover: (a) the initiation of a Lawsuit alleging an error or omission by a Subcontractor in connection with services provided to a customer of, or in connection with, an Insured; or (b) the material breach or a series of material breaches by Subcontractor of its obligations to Insured of such magnitude that Insured is justified in terminating its contract withSubcontractor.
